Year 4 Rivers Trip
As part of our Geography River Topic, Year 4 walked to Reddish Vale with our expert guide where we looked at the river flow as well the features of a river such a meanders, erosion etc. We also looked at the creatures that lived there.
We then followed the River Tame through Reddish Vale to Stockport centre, where we also saw the River Goyt. We then saw where the River Mersey begins, at the confluence of the River Tame and Goyt.
