Any other enquiries please phone the school office where we will try to answer your queries or direct you to an appropriate staff member.

Here at Westmorland, we have an open door policy where we welcome you to come and speak to a staff member, if convenient, at any time rather than having to make an appointment.

Complaints

We will always try to resolve issues as soon as they come up. If you are unhappy with

something that is going on in class please come and talk to the class teacher.

If you feel that an issue has not been dealt with please come and talk to the Deputy or

Headteacher. It is often not necessary to make an appointment to see the Management

Team.

If you are still not satisfied with a response and feel that your views have not been listened

to then you can complain in writing to Keith Thompson Chair of Governors via the school.

If you have a safeguarding complaint about the Headteacher, then please write to the Complaints Resolution Service at the Town Hall.

Our full complaints policy can be viewed via the link below.

If you require paper copies of any of this information, please let the school office know on 0161 406 9403, and these will be provided for collection free of charge.
