Westmorland's Art Exhibition for World Art Day
On Monday the 15th of April we celebrated UNESCO World Art Day.
World Art Day is celebrated every year on Leonardo Da Vinci’s birthday and this year’s theme was Health.
The children have been very busy creating amazing sculptures to show this theme in different ways. The children’s amazing Artwork has been displayed in a special two day exhibition at First House in Brinnington! Once our exciting Art Exhibition is over the children will be able to bring their work home. This was a really special opportunity for the children to see their Art work exhibited in the community for everyone to see. We hope there will be more opportunities like this in the future!
