South Manchester Football Tournament.

Mr Mathieson and Mrs Maslin-Barr took 14 Year 5 & 6’s to a football tournament in North Jewish Primary School in South Manchester. The tournament was split for boys and girls and both teams played 8 games of football whilst representing Westmorland Primary School brilliantly.

The girls team were playing in their first football tournament and came 3^rd place which was an amazing achievement for their first time. Well done girls!

The boys team came 1^st and won the tournament. The willpower the boys showed to keep working hard until the end was outstanding. They have now won their last three tournaments that they have entered. Well done boys!
