The whole school from Y1 to Y6 took part in the Black History Month Assembly with Picture News. We listened to BBC presenter Swarzy talk about this year's theme Standing Firm in Power and Pride. 

Throughout the month of October we will be finding out about black sportspeople who have shown great resilience to become "firsts" within their chosen sport.
