Janine has worked in education for twenty one years and loved her time as a classroom teacher. She has experience in working with a number of governing bodies and appreciate the vital contribution that they make in supporting school leaders to develop their learning and teaching, bringing about the best outcomes for pupils possible. When not in schools she lives with her husband, who is not in education and so is the balance in my day and our two sons, one who lives in books and is just completing his university studies and one who would much rather play football than pick up a book.
